She further analyzed that kitchen fumes are a terrifying high carbon source and a true health killer! Experts have provided strong data on the impact of kitchen fumes on children's height growth. The kitchen is low-carbon and greatly affects the growth of the next generation and the health of their families.

Therefore, advocating a low-carbon lifestyle, starting from actively using and vigorously promoting low-carbon kitchen appliances, is particularly important to provide a smoke-free cooking environment for families.

On the other hand, low-carbon household appliances, especially smart cooking machines, have also promoted the construction of open kitchens in households, promoted the upgrading of household cuisine, and improved the intelligence level and happiness index of households.

家庭厨房是节能减排不可忽视的战场

一见面，她就动情地说：“环境问题刻不容缓，我们只有一个地球，我们要还原本来的世界！”

据介绍，早在2009年哥本哈根世界气候大会召开之前，戴嵘女士就瞄准了低碳生活这一个还未有人涉足的产业领域，并把低碳生活电器作为主要的研发方向。可谓“春江水暖鸭先知”的先行先试，同时，她率先发起了“低碳生活进我家”大型公益活动，并感召了几十万名低碳志愿者，开展各类低碳生活公益讲座、论坛1000多场，直接听众一百多万人。2022年3月以来，又开辟线上公益论坛栏目——瞩目碳中和，播出后广受欢迎。

在谈到低碳与环境的关系时，戴嵘会长强调，实际上低碳有两个重要的领域，一是工业领域，第二就是日常生活领域。而与亿万家庭息息相关的生活领域，则是节能减排的一个不能忽视的战场，尤其是家庭厨房，更是我们可能忽略的具有极大减碳潜力的场所。

她进一步分析说，厨房油烟是可怕的高碳来源，是真正的健康杀手！专家已经提供了厨房油烟影响孩子身高增长的有力数据，厨房低不低碳，极大地影响着下一代的成长和家人的健康。

因此，倡导低碳生活，从主动使用、大力推广低碳厨房电器开始，给家庭一个无油烟的烹饪环境，就显得尤为重要。

推广低碳生活，会产生意想不到的效果

中国拥有世界上最多的人口，也意味着拥有数量最多的家庭单元以及厨房空间，每个家庭都主动降低一些碳排放，环境就会变得越来越美好。据科学测算，一个家庭使用无油烟的智能烹饪机，相当于一年种了30棵树，其节能减碳、绿化环境的效果是十分惊人的。一句话，家庭与厨房的微环境，与世界大环境息息相关！

她总结说，在实施碳达峰和碳中和“双碳”目标的过程当中，低碳生活会发挥意想不到的作用。为此，戴嵘会长专门提出了以下的特别建议。

第一，从国家层面大力倡导低碳生活方式，出台全民低碳生活公约。

第二，有关部门要鼓励支持、资助低碳智能家电的研发、生产以及技术升级，给相关企业以实质性的政策扶持，包括土地、税收乃至资本上市的推动，还有，应该对低碳智能家电的销售敞开更多的渠道，鼓励他们采用各种创新的营销方式。

第三，在全国青少年学生当中，积极开展低碳生活观念的培训以及习惯的养成，特别是可以尝试以智能烹饪机为载体，推动孩子的主动劳动、自我烹饪习惯养成，使低碳生活的理念从娃娃抓起。

最后，戴嵘会长深情呼吁，只要人人奉献一点爱，世界环境就会变得越来越美好。希望有更多的人来推广低碳生活，希望有更多的家庭来改变厨房的油烟模式，大力推广无油烟的低碳智能电器，这是一个与家庭、与健康、与环保、与世界环境息息相关的大好事，是一个功德无量的事业。
