  “持续深入打好净土保卫战，重点是坚持预防为主、风险管控、水土共治，实施土壤污染源头防控行动，加快推进源头管控重大工程建设。”生态环境部土壤生态环境司司长赵世新表示，将深入推进耕地土壤污染源排查整治，推动黑土地、盐碱地生态环境保护。深化土壤污染防治先行区、地下水污染防治试验区建设，深入推进农村环境整治。
