On April 6, 2020, Jiang Lihua, a low-carbon family member in the Shandong market who is nearing her sixties, encountered a car accident on her way back from delivering goods. 2020年4月6日，年近花甲的山东市场低碳家人姜丽化，在外出送货返回的途中突遇车祸，伤势严重，入院后一直在ICU病房救治。突如其来的车祸让姜丽化陷入重度昏迷，而昂贵的治疗费用也让这个并不富裕的家庭一筹莫展。
